Nee, PC-Sim'ler interessieren sich ja nicht für KI. Die spielen ALLE nur online. Und online läuft das ja alles immer so fair und gesittet ab!

Daran wird's nicht liegen, private Lobbies gibt es auf der One ja auch nicht. Private Lobbies gibt es aber in fast allen Spielen, wo der MP stark ausgeprägt ist.
Auf dem PC gibt es ja afaik auch keine privaten Lobbies, die durch Kunos selbst ingame bereitgestellt werden.
Irgendwie scheint das für die Quantenphysik zu sein.
Zumindest am 01.09.2016 gab es noch folgende Aussage im offiziellen Assetto Corsa Forum:

The main priority with the console edition of Assetto Corsa was to launch a super stable game with fantastic driving. Whilst we have no news to share right now, what we can say is we are evaluating the available options. Please be patient with us and we’ll keep you guys updated.

Aber wurde hier eig. schon geklärt, was der Gamma-Wert bei der Steuerung macht?
Wenn nicht, GT Planet hat die Erklärung.
Steering Gamma changes the linearity of the analog stick, where a higher setting causes small movements to have less of an impact on the steering versus the default 1:1 ratio.
The controller is a blunt instrument, at least out of the box. Cars are very twitchy with the default settings, making any of the faster vehicles incredibly difficult to control. It’s more manageable than Project CARS was during its console launch last year, but doesn’t hold a candle to the controller optimization of Gran Turismo, Forza, or even DriveClub. If you’re coming from any of those games, we recommend bumping the Steering Gamma up quite a lot.
