According to the official Facebook page for the title, the head of the Saints has been elected President of the United States, leading the charge against an alien force in a struggle to save humanity. Players will "wield gargantuan superpowers" and have an "arsenal of alien weaponry and technology" at their disposal, as well as superpower abilities to leap buildings, outrun enemies and use telekinesis.

das spielt sieht im trailer aus wie crackdown meets prototype auf saints row art. wird sicher lustig.
 
Gestern gab publisher Deep Silver bekannt, dass sie eine Collectors Edition von SR4 planen und dazu die Spielergemeinschaft auffordern, den Inhalt mitzubestimmen. Dazu haben die Vantwortlichen eine Umfrage-Seite online gestellt, auf der man wählen kann zwischen T-Shirts, Figuren, allgemeinen Gadgets, Download Inhalten und vielem mehr.
Ihr bewertet im Multiple Choice Verfahren. Ihr gebt also an ob ihr ein Goodie gut oder eher schlecht findet. Dazu werdet ihr noch zu eurem allgemeinen Kaufverhalten und SR3 befragt.

Ich finde es klasse, dass sich Saints Row weiter von GTA distanziert. Ich mag das überdrehte Gameplay und hab den dritten Teil schon sehr gemocht :hurra: Es ist einfach jedes mal ein bisschen etwas neues und ändert das Gameplay.
 
Volition Senior Producer Jim Boone hat bestätigt, dass "Enter the Dominatrix" statt wie geplant für Saints Row 3, nun als DLC für den am 23.08 erscheinende Nachfolger Saints Row 4 erscheint.

"It was a very interesting process just doing the expansion pack, and the team came up with a lot of very good ideas," Volition's Jim Boone told Eurogamer. "But one of the things that we've often talked about is we didn't feel like we had enough time to take the features we were doing and really blow them out the way we'd want to.

"Ultimately, we were able to bring those elements to the full game, and it ended up really well."

"We still liked what we were doing with Enter the Dominatrix, and we're planning on doing a director's cut for that as a DLC pack," said Boone. "So that will still see the light of day in a fairly modified way. It'll probably be released as Saints Row 4: Enter the Dominatrix, just from a marketing perspective."

In der gestrigen Ausgabe von GWTV News wurde gesagt, dass Saints Row 4 nicht für Next Gen-Konsolen erscheinen wird. Schon bekannt?
 
Preorder DLC für die USA - dürfte in Europa wohl Teil der Erstauflage werden:
