I am sorry that this circumstance has left you disappointed and frustrated with CDWOW.
One of the appeals of CDWOW is the many fantastic deals we make available to our customers, across our domains. Accordingly, some promotions exceed expectations very quickly – so much so that our sites may be unable to update our stock holding (or absence thereof) quickly enough to identify shortages.
We do acknowledge that customers are increasingly agitated at missing out on a great deal, though we also seek and encourage customers to appreciate that we operate on limited (albeit substantial) stocks for these promotions.
I am aware that this response will again not satisfy your expectations and I appreciate that you have been disappointed by the events that have followed the non-delivery of your goods. For this I can only apologise once again and hope that you recognise that our efforts have at all times been well intended.
Also a refund has now been processed for this order.
Apologies once again for the inconvenience caused as it certainly wasn't our intention and thank you for your patience and understanding.
