Du kannst das HD Pack auch in Deutschland installieren.

Dazu musst du Steam beenden. Dann auf die englische Steam Seite gehen: http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=uk
Da suchst du dann nach "Sleeping Dogs - High Resolution Texture Pack". Der DLC ist kostenlos. Dann logst du dich auf der Webseite ein mit deinen Steam Anmeldedaten. Fügst das High Resolution Texture Pack deinem Steam Account hinzu. Startest ganz normal den Steam Client und schon lädt der die Daten nach.
Hat bei mir zumindest so funktioniert habe aber die deutsche zensierte Version.

It seems something happened to this kind old man. You are able to travel back in time, from the years of his youth, experiencing his life, growing up. He's dying,There's something about the moon, that is important to someone, and you don't know why.

There's a Lady involved, there's love. You want to know why he wants this so I guess you should grab this while it's 70% so we can find if you, him or someone in the game will ever go...

Or not. I don't know, play it! Took me 4-5 hours to finish it!
