Das Update ist aber noch nicht da, zumindestens bei mir.
Another week of intense housekeeping as we approach v1.0 release.
3D Animations for wipers, suspension, drivers & other moveable car parts are finally beginning to come in (although only one minor item added in this deployment, animated suspension arms for F-Trainer from external view - all the remaining exports should flow very quickly from here).
On the AI side we haven´t yet concluded implementing the new AI Strength logic, but at around 100% / 50% aggression it´s approaching a good level of callibration. By next week we hope to include the new logic so that gives more consistent results accross the AI Strength range.
For the physics / FFB combo, a lot of fine-tuning provide another good step forward all around, with the handling for most cars now pretty representative of their v1.0 target. From now on most of the physics work will concentrate on reviewing fuel consumption, tyre & engine wear, temps & reliability properties.
Last but not least, the Dedi tool is now available from Steam (more information to follow soon).
We´ll deploy a complementary update tomorrow to add a few more tidbits and address the main issues you guys come accross in the meantime.
