bin die tage endlich mal zum zocken gekommen und es ist halt wirklich 1:1 risk of rain in 3d und es funktioniert deutlich besser als gedacht. könnte schon wieder etliche stunden in das ding versenken.

und der soundtrack mal wieder. :waah:

Hab mir das Spiel jetzt auch endlich mal gegönnt und bin, nach anfänglicher Skepsis, sehr angetan! Sie haben's echt geschafft, das Gameplay, die Welten, Gegner und Perks aus dem Vorgänger 1zu1 in 3D zu übersetzen. Dadurch ist es eher "more of the same", aber das finde ich gar nicht so verkehrt. Die Formel ist unkaputtbar und es macht immer noch süchtig sich durch die verschiedenen Upgrades zu farmen und zu schauen welcher Buff (oder Nonsense) sich hinter Item X verbirgt. Bis man dann schlussendlich so überpowert ist, dass man sich nur so durch die Gegner pflügt. Der geniale OST tut dann wieder sein übriges. Herrlich!

Einziger Negativpunkt für mich bisher: Gegner können hinter einem spawnen und man bekommt es erst richtig mit, wenn man getroffen wird. Das war im Vorgänger (durch die 2D Mechanik) noch etwas fairer.

Hello gamers,

It’s finally time -we are super excited to announce that we are launching the 1.0 version of Risk of Rain 2 on Steam on August 11th.

Early Access has felt like a crazy ride through uncharted space, and we can’t thank you all enough for supporting us over the last year and a half. We’ve had great fun steering through Early Access together, and we will always be thankful for the patience and excitement our community has displayed. We will have more information on the Console launch of 1.0 in the future - but it should follow a very similar cadence to the previous console launches.

As always, thanks for the amazing support - and we can’t wait to share the 1.0 update with everyone. See you then!

Risk of Rain 2 is out of Early Access on Steam with the 1.0 Update! Play solo, or team up with up to three friends to fight your way through hordes of monsters, unlock new loot, and find a way to escape the planet in this classic rogue-like!

This is the fifth major content update for Risk of Rain 2 on PC, marking the 1.0 version of the game. With this update we are focusing on the ending sequence of the game and promoting player agency + build diversity.
