24 Frames is reporting that Mandeville Films (The Fighter) is taking the Top Cow comic book "The Darkness" to the big screen. Created by Marc Silvestri, Garth Ennis and David Wohl in 1996, "The Darkness" has yielded more than 115 books and sold 25 million copies around the world. It's also spawned a popular video game, with a sequel set to come out on February 7, 2012.
