USA: Hardware-Verkaufszahlen für 2011 und seit Markteinführung

12.09.11 - Die NPD Group hat die Hardware-Verkaufszahlen für die USA veröffentlicht, die 2011 und seit der Markteinführung der jeweiligen Hardware erreicht wurden (Danke an A Human Becoming).

2011 (Zeitraum Januar 2011 - August 2011)
1. Xbox 360: 3.008.214 St.
2. NDS: 2.518.732 St.
3. Wii: 2.124.870 St.
4. PS3: 2.060.948 St.
5. 3DS: 1.157.000 St.

Seit Markteinführung
1. NDS: 49.823.483 St.
2. Wii: 36.274.494 St.
3. Xbox 360: 28.403.373 St.
4. PS3: 17.522.921 St.

Wahnsinn, wenn man bedenkt, wie extrem damals Sony solche Chartsangeführt hat und jetzt auf letzten Platz mit gewaltigen Abstand.

Daran sieht man aber auch das MS und Sony es sich nicht leisten können, mit dem Nachfolger ein Jahr später als ihr direkter Konkurrent zu kommen.

Das Sony so eine Niederlage einfährt hätte ich vor der PS3 eigentlich ausgeschlossen, zuvor war meine ganze aktive Konsolenzeit immer Sony der Anführer schlechthin.
 
Ein Jahr Vorsprung ist sicherlich keine schlechte Sache, aber bei der PS 3 kamen ja noch diverse, bekloppte Marketinggeschichten dazu und auch der Preis hat sicherlich einige Leute abgeschreckt. Sony ging Next-Gen mit dem Gedanken an „Wie sind Sony. Wie bestimmen, was läuft und nach uns haben sich andere zu richten.“. Nur die dominante PS 2-Zeit war vorbei und die Karten wurden neu gemischt.
 
Hätte trotzdem nicht gedacht, dass die 360, die Sonykonsole einholen kann.

In der letzten Generation wurden auf 7 PS2 vielleicht eine Xbox verkauft.
Jetzt ist das Verhältnis mehr oder weniger 1:1.
 
Gibts überhaupt seriöse Gesamtzahlen?

Soweit ich mir zusammenreime müsste die 360 derzeit bei so um die 58 Mio liegen wohingegen die PS3 irgendwo bei 55 Mio liegt.

Aber keine Ahnung wie realistisch die Zahlen sidn das is was ich mir aus den verschiedenen Meldungen zusammenreime.

Hehe, mich besorgen alle beide an der Spitze der Liste...Gears kann ich so gerade noch nachvollziehen von aussen, aber Resistance 3...the fakk? Die Leute sollen mal vernünftige Spiele spielen ;)
