Ich werde es mir auch holen, habe die alten Teile geliebt und als Skater gab es die letzten Jahre quasi nichts in dieser Richtung.

The Skater XL Mod Browser is live!! With patches to resolve initial issues on all platforms, giving players access to mod maps and gear at the push of a button! In addition to remastered and optimized versions of Applewood Park, Quebec Skate Plaza, and Riverfern maps, you can now browse and install over 250 different gear and skin mods in seconds.

While we are excited about this first drop of content and the Mod Browser, we are equally excited about what this means moving forward. The ability to easily release and update new mod content really is a game changer and the future for players on all platforms has never looked brighter.

NEW MAP DROP
When it comes to landmarks in skateboard history, you’d be hard pressed to find more hallowed ground than San Francisco’s Embarcadero Plaza during the 1990’s era. Our ode to the era, is a tribute to this iconic location, packed full of all of the features that made it famous. True to the original, but optimized with additional elements of gameplay, Embarcadero Plaza is now available in the Mod Browser on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.

Free Skate Multiplayer mode is now in Open Beta on Steam, and will be coming to Xbox & Playstation in the near future

Multiplayer Free Skate is our first step in opening up social modes in the game and allows skating with up to 10 people in random public or private rooms plus the ability to record and edit party lines with multiple players in the replay editor.

We’re stoked to announce that Multiplayer Free Skate is now available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC!! Alongside the ability to link up and skate with your friends in groups of up to 10 players, we’re also excited to say this update comes off the back of months of optimization work and has BIG FPS improvements on consoles.

We've also been granted access to extra storage space for Mod Browser downloads on consoles with an extra 3GB now available for gear storage on PlayStation and extra 6GB for gear and map storage on Xbox. We hope you enjoy skating with the homies and stay tuned for more content and updates coming!
