This is offset somewhat: the PS4 can broadcast all game audio (and voice chat) to the audio/mic jack on the DualShock 4, which is compatible with all headphones and mobile headsets using 1/8th inch audio adapters — though enabling game audio output on the Dualshock 4 disables all audio via HDMI and optical out.

Seriously? Bedeutet also: Headset drin, kompletter Sound darüber? Eh wie beknackt ... wenn ich das Ding nur für die Spielerkommunikation nutzen will.
 
Die meinen damit nicht das mitgelieferte chat Headset, sondern Gaming Headsets, über die Sound und Sprachchat funktionieren.
"Kompletter Sound" ist dann doch etwas irreführend, denn über die Klinke bekommt man halt nur 2 dedizierte Kanäle....

BT Headsets werden (zumindest vorläufig noch) nicht unterstützt.

Es funktionieren aber die meisten Handy-Headsets und alle USB-Headsets.

Die Grundtechnik scheint also sehr gut zu funktionieren, der Rest wird Software-Sache sein.
 
400 GB sind ja echt ein Witz. Bei mir sind immer 2 MP-Shooter (CoD/BF4), 2 Sportspiele (FIFA/NHL), 1 Rennspiel (F1) und ein Storyspiel installiert. Da kann ich mir ja sonst kaum mehr was auf der Festplatte erlauben. Mit PSN+ und F2P Spielen sieht das dann echt grausam aus...

I had a brand-new PS4 and 7 games. Naturally, a brand-new PS4 still needs a system update (copied off the game disc), but with that out of the way, the installation times were surprisingly fast. I also found out that once you put a disc in the drive, it automatically starts installing so not a second is wasted waiting for you to click a button.
