MOVIE Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 - 3

Bin ja eigentlich einer, der nichts gegen Reboots, Remakes oder ausgetauschte Schauspieler hat. Schließlich zählt immer nur das jeweilige Endprodukt. Bei einem Regisseur müsste es mir sogar noch egaler sein.

Aber nein, hier bin ich immer noch ziemlich angepisst. Glaube nämlich, dass vor allem Gunn die Guardians zu dem gemacht hat, was sie nun sind. Ohne ihn und seine Liebe zum Comicdetail wären die Filme lange nicht so gut.

Bautista darf gerne weiter schimpfen. :D

Ich würde sagen, dass es schlicht voreilig entschieden wurde aufgrund von Disney's vorherigen Fall mit z. B Roseanne. Seine Tweets waren definitiv total drüber, aber es ist offensichtlich, dass es sich dort noch um einen anderen James Gunn gehandelt hat, als der, der für GotG verantwortlich war.

Das schlimmste an der ganzen Sache ist ja, dass die ganzen Tweets von Mike Cernovich hochgezogen wurden, der bekanntlich ein Verschwörungstheoretiker, ein Rassist und ein befürworter von Vergewaltigungen ist. Er hat sogar die ganze Pizzagate scheiße zu den US-Wahlen verbreitet. Dass sich Disney nun solchen Leuten beugt ist imo deutlich problematischer, als der eigentliche Rauswurf von Gunn, wobei letzteres natürlich noch Öl ins Feuer gießt.

Tja selbst Schuld Disney. Vielleicht dann demnächst ein Green Lantern von James Gunn? Würde zu ihm passen. Suicide Squad 2 sucht ja auch noch nen neuen Regisseur soviel ich weiß.

Deadline is reporting that back channel talks are taking place between Marvel Studios and Disney to potentially rehire Gunn. The report notes that this is “a long shot” after Disney executives ultimately made the call to fire Gunn. However, it appears that Marvel is more interested in getting Gunn back into the fold than in looking for another director to take over the franchise.

It seems that disgraced Guardians of the Galaxy writer and director James Gunn doesn’t just like to “joke” about pedophilia — he also attends pedophilia themed parties.

According to the screenshots of the pedophilia-themed party, which appear to come from Gunn’s personal blog, the theme of the party was “To Catch a Predator,” which is the title of a popular NBC investigative series that ran from 2004-2008. Using hidden cameras, the show would catch alleged sexual predators who had arranged to have sex with children as young as 12.

One of the photos shows Gunn dressed as a Catholic priest posing with two young women dressed to look like children. One is in pigtails and pouting, another looks like she is about to cry as she holds a juice box and a doll. Father Gunn, who appears to be wearing eye makeup, looms over them.

The second photo features Gunn, again dressed as a priest, next to a pigtailed young women sucking her thumb. Kneeling on the floor in front of Gunn is a man made up to look like a clown. He has his hands around the throat of the second young woman wearing what looks like a babydoll dress. The photo also features a large rabbit and a man (in pigtails?) yanking at his pants.

Am Ende des Tages war nichts davon wirklich clever, von Gunn. Disney ist immer noch ein Unternehmen, welches sich an Familien und Kinder richtet, sowas kratzt schlicht und ergreifend ihren Ruf an.

Dass eine nennenswerte Menge Menschen weiß, was eine "Catch The predator" Party ist, wage ich darüber hinaus zu bezweifeln. Ich für meinen Teil weiß es nicht und halte ich mich in derlei Dingen für nicht völlig fremd.
