In your adventures, you’re going to encounter very familiar environments, alongside all-new carefully crafted battlefields. One moment you’re fighting on cliffs of an ancient civilization on the all-new Tornado Valley map, and the next you’re slaying wyverns on the castle rooftops known as the Ramparts. The world of Etheria is vast and needs you to protect it!
Four Legendary Heroes Return!
Play as the Squire, Huntress, Apprentice, and Monk to construct a wide array of defenses, devising a custom strategy all your own. Want to make a Squire who focuses on raining down cannonballs and harpoons? What about a Monk that jumps into the fray to fight off enemies? You choose how you defend Etheria by crafting unique heroes to fit your playstyle.
Party Up!
You can choose to go alone or play with up to three other Defenders as you journey through Etheria. Use the Session Browser to find new Defenders to play with, invite your friends to join you through Steam, or be a lone wolf protecting the world, the choice is yours!
Six Difficulties — All-New “Massacre” Difficulty!
Take on the hordes of enemies that await through Easy, Medium, Hard, Insane, Nightmare, and Massacre difficulties. As you progress, enemies not only become stronger, but new enemies begin to appear, gaining new strength and mechanics along the way. There’s a difficulty for every Defender to enjoy their time in Etheria, each helping you attain the status of a Legend!
Loot, Loot, LOOT!
As you progress in your journey, a plethora of loot shall become yours. Millions and millions of gear combinations are at your disposal to help build your heroes how you see fit. Upgrade your arsenal and customize your pieces to help you acquire gear needed to take on some of the unspeakable evils that await!
Story and More!
In an all-new story, learn what has thrown our Heroes into the past and how to return home through the Campaign. As you succeed, you gain access to alternative game modes where you can take on epic trials that await you in Challenge Mode, face wave after wave of powerful enemies spawned only in Survival Mode, and so much more, available on all difficulties!
