I have the inside scoop.

It's going to be called "The Subtraction."

It is an MMO RPG set in the last inhabitable cities and areas around the world after a world war where everyone started launching nukes and no one knows who started it and why.

You have two roles to choose from.

A: You are a "Spy Hunter" working for the "New World Coalition" tasked with rooting out capturing and questioning members of a suspected network of spies that infest the cities and who are said to be responsible for a plethora of attacks upon it.

B: You are a "Spy" working for the mysterious "Shadow Net" who has become disillusioned with the governments that where and are since the war and you are working to figure out what actually happened and why. You will need to elude the "Spy Hunters" in order to do so.

Both classes will need to deploy subterfuge and stealthy tactics in order to infiltrate your opponents network for the info you need. The more info you get for your cause the more points you have to upgrade your spy equipment and abilities.

There will also be an influence system. The better you do at your civilian cover the more influence you will gain in society allowing you to take better jobs higher up the ranks with better possible payout but also with much higher risk. For as you become more of a public figure there will be more to your backstory that you will have to cover and convincingly play. There will be more eyes on you and it will make it hard for you to slip away unseen to do your missions if you want to progress.

The game will play as if both sides are morally just.

The gameplay itself will be like Assassins Creed and Watch Dogs had a baby on steroids. The world is populated with NPCs in a realistic environment and both classes are required to integrate into society in order to keep their respective covers. You don't know who anyone is, even from your own factions. You only get info from those you work for. You can choose from a variety of jobs on the civilian side and will also be tasked with missions from the people you work for as well. The challenge is to use clues conversation and detective work to figure out who is who while also not blowing your own cover. There will be safeguards to insure that people don't just go and shoot everyone. If you kill an NPC or a member of your own faction a certain number of times then you are booted from the game for a period of time.

There will be events to spice things up every once in a while ranging from small incidents to pretty substantial stuff, think 9/11.

Will spill more as the beans come to me. Ninjas may be coming after me though.

Könnte was werden. :D

Cool, danach fehlen nurnoch "The Addition" und "The Multiplication"!

Count me in!
