Obscure getting reboot on PC, PS3 & Xbox 360
2005 survival horror Obscure is set to return as a 2.5D side scroller for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 this spring, preserving the dark humour and brutality of the old games inspired by the teen horror movie genre, but with a completely new style. It'll boast single-player and co-op modes for up to four players.
Featuring four unlikely heroes - students at Leafmore High School - with unique upgradeable skills and abilities, Obscure is geared towards all-out action and brawling, with combos and score multipliers awarded as you plough through packs of monsters and complete objectives through non-linear levels.
The game has been in development for over a year and will include levelling up unlocks, new weapons, extra skills and global leader boards.
