GOG.com's master version of The Witcher 2 is still version 1.3.0; we will update our master version 2.0 once we receive the build from our friends at CDP RED, so in the meantime, whether you already own the game or just bought it, you'll need to update through GOG's "The Witcher 2 version 2.0 autopatcher" available in the bonus materials.
